Pastor Kelly Fleming has faithfully served as the Senior Pastor of Valley View Church since February 2021. His journey in ministry began right here at Valley View at the age of 20, under the guidance of Pastor Lynn Vanover. After ministering for a couple of years, he accepted the Youth Pastor position at Peuther Chapel Church, serving under Pastor Joe Glenn Sluss.
After several impactful years in that role, Kelly returned to Valley View to assist Pastor Lynn Vanover until Pastor Lynn's retirement and transition to Pastor Emeritus in 2021. Pastor Kelly carries a deep passion for the congregation and the surrounding communities of Dickenson and Wise County, desiring for everyone to know and grow in Christ. Alongside his dedicated ministry, Pastor Kelly is bi-vocational, also serving as a criminal justice instructor in the local school system.
Pastor Kelly's vision for Valley View Church is clear and heartfelt: "I want Valley View Church to be a place where every member can truly say they know and follow Christ and His word more each day. And for those who visit, my prayer is that they would encounter the love, mercy, grace, and truth of who Christ is, and be transformed forever."

Pastor Emeritus Lynn Vanover served as the Senior Pastor of Valley View Church in Clintwood, Virginia, where he dedicated his life to preaching the Gospel and shepherding the congregation since 1992.  His unwavering commitment to serving others and his deep faith left a permanent mark on the church and the broader Clintwood community. Even after his retirement, Pastor Lynn's legacy continues to inspire and guide the church family. In 2021, Pastor Lynn retired as Senior Pastor and transitioned to Pastor Emeritus. It is in this role that he still ministers to the congregation when able and shares wisdom and guidance with those in leadership. 

Christian Yates serves as the Youth Pastor at Valley View Church in Clintwood, Virginia. With a heart for discipling the next generation, he leads the church's youth ministry, focusing on spiritual growth, community engagement, and fostering a deeper relationship with Christ among young people. Under his guidance, the youth group participates in various activities, including Bible studies, outreach events, and retreats, aiming to equip students with the tools to live out their faith boldly. Pastor Christian is dedicated to creating a welcoming and supportive environment where youth can explore their faith, build lasting friendships, and develop a strong foundation in Christ.
