Join us this Sunday as Pastor Kelly Fleming unpacks a powerful moment in Jesus’ ministry — when healing touched not just one home, but an entire community.

In Matthew 8:14–17, Jesus enters Peter’s house and sees his mother-in-law lying sick with a fever. With a simple touch, she is healed — and immediately begins to serve. That evening, many more are brought to Jesus, and He heals all who are sick and oppressed.

Matthew reminds us that this fulfilled the words of the prophet Isaiah:

“He took up our infirmities and bore our diseases.”

This isn’t just about physical healing — it’s about the Savior who enters into our lives, sees our suffering, and bears it Himself. Pastor Kelly will lead us in reflecting on Christ’s compassion, power, and willingness to carry what weighs us down — so that we might rise up to serve Him.
